DMCA Policy
Effective: July 15, 2026
1. Policy
HeartTech Soulutions LLC ("HeartTech") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the UsOS platform ("Service") to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to our Designated Agent, identified below. This Designated Agent is formally registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1075650).
2. Designated Agent
Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent:
HeartTech Soulutions LLC
Attn: DMCA Designated Agent
3805 Gibbon Rd
Charlotte, NC 28269
Email: here4u@hearttech.solutions
3. Notice Requirements
To be effective, a notification of claimed infringement must be in writing and include substantially the following, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the Service
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent containing substantially the following, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3):
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which HeartTech may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking a restraining order against the user.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, HeartTech will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
6. Organization Data Is Not Publicly Hosted
Most content stored in UsOS — meeting minutes, financial records, internal documents — is private and scoped to a single organization's members, not published or publicly accessible. This policy exists as a standing procedural safeguard consistent with standard industry practice, independent of current public-content volume.
